  1. I had an awful experience with Crocus Investment Company. The charges and fees felt hidden and were not clearly disclosed, resulting in an unexpected blow to my profits. The user interface was not user-friendly at all, with complex charts and graphs that would confound even the most experienced investors. They also claim to be available 24/7, but each time I needed assistance, I was placed on hold for an unreasonably long time or had to wait for days to get a response via email. Their customer service representatives seemed unprepared and educationally underqualified, unable to provide clear answers to my queries. All these issues, combined with occasional glitches in their app, have led to a pretty unsatisfactory overall experience. For these reasons, I cannot recommend Crocus Investment Company. Their services need considerable improvement.
