I had an extremely unpleasant experience with InvestGT. Their customer service was extremely disappointing, with unhelpful and sometimes even rude staff members. On top of that, the platform itself is not user-friendly at all, leading to confusion and delay in transactions. The lack of transparency regarding fees was a major drawback, as I was hit with several hidden charges that I wasn’t made aware of at the beginning. Furthermore, I’ve had several instances whereby my withdrawal requests were delayed. And the worst part of it all is the poor returns on my investment.
