  1. The broker provides standard investment services offered at reasonable fees, average user experience, and average customer support.

  2. My experience with this brokerage, unfortunately, was far from positive. Their fee structure was surprisingly non-transparent and it seemed as though I was always discovering new, hidden charges that had never been mentioned. This constant financial nitpicking instantly created an atmosphere of distrust and unease.

    The user interface of their investment platform was another thorn in my side. I found it overly complex and far from user-friendly, oftentimes leaving me more confused than when I started. The sheer effort it took to understand the platform prevented me from effectively managing my investments.

    To make matters worse, their customer support was a disaster. Their representatives were either unresponsive or took too long to respond, causing unnecessary delays in resolving my issues. Even when they did manage to get back to me, their responses were scripted and seemed automated, leaving me feeling undervalued as a client.

    All in all, my experience with this brokerage was a frustrating one. I won’t be investing with them again and would advise others to tread carefully before aligning with them.
