I had to wait for extended periods to get a response and when I finally did, it mostly felt like they were reading a script and did not understand the nitty-gritty of trading. Few pros like a wide range of tradeable assets brought me to them, but the cons drastically outweighed the positives. I would not recommend LBLV Brokerage Firm. They need to seriously review their service delivery, hidden charges, and customer care response.
