  1. I am greatly dissatisfied with the broker’s work as their services, fees, user experience, and customer support dramatically failed to meet my expectations.

  2. I had a rather unpleasant experience with Online Exchangers. Navigating their platform was a nightmare as it is not user-friendly at all. The features are complicated and don’t have clear instructions. The services offered are far from satisfactory; I found them to be slow and unreliable.

    The fees were what annoyed me the most. They were exorbitantly high and unjustifiable. It was a shock to see how much they charged for simple transactions compared to other brokers.

    The cherry on top of my horrendous experience was their customer support. There was simply no sense of urgency or willingness to help. They claimed 24/7 customer service, but my queries were answered days later, and that too, with generic responses which were of no help at all.

    In retrospect, my experience with Online Exchangers has been nothing short of a disaster: horrendous user experience, exorbitant fees and a lackluster customer service. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
