  1. I’m outright disappointed and frustrated with the service offered by this online broker. The fees that they charge are not only high but also hidden, only to be revealed when you’ve already plunged deep into the transactions. Transparency is definitely a foreign concept to them. Talking about the user experience, the platform is anything but user-friendly. The interface is complicated and makes navigation difficult for anyone who isn’t tech-savvy. It’s almost like it was intentionally built to baffle users.

    The customer support is, unfortunately, no better. On multiple occasions, I faced an excruciatingly long wait time to connect with a customer service executive. And when I did get through, the response was robotic, lacking in expertise, and unhelpful to say the least. They lacked the necessary knowledge about their services and failed to solve my issues. I strongly advise everyone to look for other brokers and consider this as a last resort. They overall lack professionalism, transparency, and definitely need to improve on their customer service skills. Definitely not recommended!
