I had a very disappointing experience with INTELEX Investment Company. Even though they claim to offer great services, in reality, I found them to be sub-par at best. Their brokerage fees were also higher than average, which negatively affected my overall profits. The customer service left a lot to be desired as well, with slow response times and sometimes not even having my queries addressed accurately. The user interface was not user-friendly and I had a hard time navigating through. What made it even more frustrating was the lack of necessary tools and resources that a beginner or even intermediate investor would need. In all honestly, the only pro of this company is that it is operational. The cons, on the other hand, are too many to list. I truly regret using their services. I ultimately had to close my account with them and switch to a better broker. So, no, I wouldn’t recommend INTELEX Investment Company to anyone.
